Kathlena, The Allergy Chef, has over 200 food allergies and intolerances. Several of her allergies are life threatening, has a handful of safe foods to eat, and one source of safe water.
After being given 30 days to live, she made it her mission to help the food allergy and special diet communities thrive. Although she can't eat the food, she helps people find safe & delicious options.
In the past two decades, she's managed a mixed allergy household, owned and operated a GF + Top 9 Free award winning bakery, been recognized by the free-from community with several awards, done nationwide outreach, published a wide range of resources & cookbooks, developed over a thousand recipes (none of which she can eat), iand much more.
